Well a couple of things spring to mind.

Copy everything locally and try it out there just to see whats happening. This will tell us if it is a memory problem of a network problem.

1. If its memory problem them try getting more performance by tweaking the Fox memory settings or getting them to give you a more powerful PC (what is it by the way)

2. If it is a network problem then you can blame it on network support try pinging the server to test if the performance across it is what you would expect.

3. There is no number 3 I think we need some of the heavy hitters to help us.
