I notice that you have a 10 mbs network. This definitely will be the bottleneck, expecially if your query is accessing a lot of memo fields. FoxPro generates 2 to 4 times more network traffic than C/S.

However, based on the size of the table(s), it may be prudent to break them out. Now would be the time since you could end up hitting the 2 Gig limit in a short period of time, the way things are going for you.
