Did you rename the VFP directory AFTER installation, or did you modify it within the install program?

I did not use MS standard long directory name for VFP6, I named it's directory VFP98. When I try to update with the service packs nothing happens because, I presume it cannot find the VFP98 directory. Is there a different syntax for telling the service pack update .exe to ask where VFP6 is located???? Help!!
