$0 appears at the right while I enter 50000, and it appears as
5,000,0 $0 until I hit ENTER, then it correctly displays as $50,000. The problem here is how can I prevent $0 from appearing AND change the comma to appear as appropriate
while entering?
Well, I didn't have a whole lot of luck but I got it closer by setting:
Input Mask: $9,999,999,999.99
Value: 0.00
Format: none
This puts up a little better display but not too much.

It is impossible to make programs idiot proof. Idiots are too cleaver.
