I would suggest using VoloView Express,
http://www3.autodesk.com/adsk/section/0,,163255,00.html. It's an AutoDesk product, it's free, and it comes with an ActiveX control you can drop on a form to show / print a .dwg file without Acad on the machine.
The problem with 3rd party viewers is the .dwg format, it's proprietary and AutoDesk changes it at will.
