Ok I know this argument is pretty much dead but please I was out yesterday trying to find out what so great about this sunshine thing everyone is talking about! Trying to call Tiger a great athlete is a bit of a stretch, what he is a very charismatic individual who is good at his activity. I will not devalue golf but a comparing Golf to the TDF is like comparing Badmiton(sp) to football there is an itensity lvl difference. Pardon me for saying this but golf is a affulent persons sport, and as such it is clean and refined and while strategically challenging it is not overtly physically challenging. Sports were origianally devised to make young men into better soldiers, I think we ought to come up with a categorization for golf or call it a pasttime. While I applaud Tiger for his efforts he did not spend 99 hours on a bike covering a grueling course just a short time after recovering from cancer.
