HI Winan! Well the major difference between teh two is the MFC (MS FOUNDATION CLASS). This is very helpful with creating the GUI of your app. It also has some other powerful tools which i am unfamilar with (being the language is older than i am-- LOL!). I recemend using MS C++, but if money is a concern and you do not mind a lame GUI then go for Borland. I believe both offer evaluation copies, so you may want to check that out.
