The control has a Top and a Left property; this.Top + this.Height + some constant depending on styles and unit of measure should be the Top for the new form, and this.Left should be the Form's Left. Start your 'popup form with Visible = .F., pass the new Top and Left as parameters to the Form's Init, adjust the Form's Top and Left properties, and then make it visible.
