http://www.fourmilab.ch/autofile/www/autoframe.html. It's John Walker's book about how AutoDesk came to be. It's a really good read but a little long. I think the book was 900 pages. :)
they used to be listed in the manuals, but I couldn't find it a quick look at the r14 books.
