The net effect is that three rows are no longer separated. I have lots of other grids floating around where this is not happening, but I can't find any differences in Rowheight, Fontsize, etc. What can I do to get my horizontal lines back?

You may try to look at the rowheight, gridlines, and other related properties during runtime to check if it was changed somewhere unintentionally. You can use WAIT WINDOW or any commands to do this at the AfterRowColChange of the Grid.
