What's the best approach? I have a form with a 7 page pageframe each containing a grid. The first is the parent table for the 6 child tables. The only table in the DataEnvironment is the Parent table. Each of the child tables are opened only if the user clicks on each respective page. The form is now currently used just to enter two search criteria CUSTID and UNIT# and browse data in Foxpro 2.6 tables where an FP2.6 app is still in use. I want the user to be able to click a button or menu option to EMAIL the selected data to an email address. I want them to be able to send either ALL test results or be able to select by test dates or unit numbers. However, the file that is sent needs to be easily readable by an "email user" and the data has to be viewed in a pre-defined report format similar to the printed reports they send their clients.

Do I..

...design the reports in the report designer then have the app convert that to HTML so it's viewable in a browser? That would mean one HTML file for each Unit# for each report.

...have a small included EXE file with the email that is a "viewer" of sorts?

Or are there any third party products I want to look at?

I not sure of my approach on this. Looking for suggetions.
