I've done it recently with a Nortel system. If everyone on your LAN wants to be able to dial out, you may want to look at a CTA (Computer Telephone A?) box. Routing incoming calls is a little trickier, but dialing out is fairly easy.

From my experience, getting Fox to dial is the easy part. Getting all of the hardware and software to work is the trick.
