I don't know where the hook for this is; you'll need to look at the object model to see where the dialog is triggered. My guess is that there's an Event triggered which you could trap using VFPCOM to hook VFP code to an event in the subobject of InternetExplorer.Application, but I've no clue where off the top of my head.
