My guess is that it'd be something that's a part of the Document subobject; I've never needed to use this. You might want to download Ken Levy's Web Control demo stuff from
www.classx.com; he covers a considerable amount of stuff in his demo code, including hooking tons of events.
It might be possible to read the web location for navigation from the HTML, and then directing an ftp control to it to do the transfer; again, this is a SWAG, and untried. If you really desperately need it done, delivering a shopping bag full of small denomination, unmarked US currency to my back door might make it an interesting project... < g >
