Back in February there was a thread that did not get any responses. I am having the identical problem. I am hoping that somebody might now have an answer.

"We have an issue where a general memo field programatically populated with an image file (bmp) will sometimes work correctly and other times will compress the image file and print the name underneath. We have one '98 computer generating this problem and another '98 machine that works, both using the same logic. Any ideas?"

I have further tested this problem by using the 'Picture From File:' option of the report picture dialog, and specifying the BMP file directly without using a general field. The results are the same. The printed output compresses the image file and prints the name of the BMP underneath the image.
