>I have a .EXE that when compiled is 4,098KB in size. I am getting extra details lines in some VFP reports. I think the cause is the size of the .EXE. Because when I run the report from the Project Window and use the Run button everything comes out okay.

What makes you think the size of the .EXE affects the Report logic?

I'd bet more on differences between the development environment configuration, which uses the standard CONFIG.FPW in your development pathing and the registry settings that are not used at all by the RunTime engine than the size of the executable file.
