>Lucent has a SDK for thei9r phone systems. Lucent provides a set of OCX's that work fine from VFP although at the time we did it, there were no VFP examples. Back in the days. We wrote a VB 5.0 app using the OCX's and then used DDE to communicate with the FoxPro 2.6 for Windows app. We later rewrote the Fox app into VFP and used the OCX's (Dropped VB like ..... VB!). It's been a couple of years.

You can do this, but it's REALLY expensive. We looked into it at one time, but couldn't get past the cost.
