Hi Carl,
I've been using Seagate's BackupExec also, and it's been excellent. It has a special registry backup on Win95 machines, which has been invaluable. You can use any sort of media, not just tape drives, so if you have a ZIP or other drive that's possible.
My only problem is my previous (DOS) version (when it was Conner) allowed you to back up 'every file with a date later than....'. This version is ALL or ARCHIVED. Of course you can pick your directories/files/etc.
I've one client who uses the network version on his 25-person network. I know his restores work, since his present (pre-Barbara) software needs to be restored regularly.
