Currently migrating our applications into SQL Server 7.0. Pure VFP to VFP database app has significant speed performance than VFP to SQL Server database. You can't use SEEK directly to SQL Server, you have to work with RecordSets not directly to table. We use both technologies: RV, SPT, SPs, and a little on ADO.
