Your error came from Win95. Am I right?
Have you try to re-install ODBC? If it still can't work, the only way to solve the porblem is remove the Win95 and install it again, because your Win95 may having some fatal error. Later you will find that not only have such error on ODBC, you will get it from many other system program or very complex program, for example, compile VFP program.
