I have a form with quite a few views and I want to issue a progress indicator whilst these views/tables load up.

I have a progress indicator, and in each Init of the Views/Tables I update the progress indicator.

2 questions.

a) Is this a good way of doing this, and

b) I don't seem to get a constant refresh on the indicator - it jumps from 17% to 98% at one point.

Does anyone have any answers or ideas on this one.
