yes i am support and the programmer. everyone is on automatic daily backups. sql server is not an option at this time.
from reading, it sounded like foxfix could be in your app to automatically fix problems. is stonefield/foxfix in your app or an after the fact fix it tool used manually by support (me)? do you use foxfix and stonefield? can you tell me how you use each of them?
