The only way for the stretch to go over to the next page is to put it in the detail line, but you'll still have the page numbering problem (if that's an issue -- BTW, if you put the page number in the page header, it will work fine). Is there a reason it can't go in the detail line?

The remarks to be printed are the engineer's comments on how a procurement is going. The detail line prints the delivery schedule
for the procurement. There are many deliveries to a procurement, but only one remarks for the whole procurment. The engineers
would like to see the procurement info first, then the delivery schedules then the remarks they have made throughout the procurement.
So I put the remarks in the footer area, and like I said it worked fine until one engineer start to get real wordy and then the report
cuts off his remarks. I will experiment with other arrangements. Thanks for your input.
