On a Windows NT server, I have the following error on the event log at boot sequence:

The server was unable to register the administration tool discovery. The administration tool may not be able to see the server. The data is the error code.

The source is MSFTPSVC.

I have the same for W3SVC and SMTPSVC.

Any idea what is causing this?
