I had this problem earlier this month. The process is a little involved, but if you open MS Access and ask clippit about "security" it should point you in the direction of creating a workgroup file in the c:\windows\systems directory and then adding new users to the group. This should be relatively easy if you don't have that many users in a workgroup. Check it out.
