Yes; simply share the folder or files from the NT system, granting rights to all users that need access. Note: the accounts must be defined on the NT box or via an NT domain; AFAIK, Novell can't provide the necessary authentication for this.

Each station that need access to the NT share must be running the MS Network Client in addition to the Novell client, the client must be bound to at least one protocol supported by the NT system, and must either be a member of the same workgroup, a member of the same NT/2K domain, or a member of a trusted domain to get access.

I run a mixed NetWare and NT environment; it's a no-brainer, as long as you recognize that Novell is not involved in the behavior of the NT environment.
