There are a couple of ways to submit commands to SQL Server. Prior to version 7.0, the interactive SQL window was called I/SQLW. There is also a command line version called ISQL.EXE. With the release of 7.0, the interactive SQL window was severly updated and renamed the Query Analyzer. The command line verison was also renamed, to OSQL.EXE., to show it dependence on ODBC instead of DB-Library has the communication mechanism.
