I don't read Chinese, so the article does me little good. Specifically, which product and which service pack is he talking about? I presumed VS6 SP4, but I went through the .cab files for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese (I don't know which one Taiwanese residents use), and I don't see a file named "xmldso.cab". If you can give me the specifics, I'll try to track it down.
