You might be able to REPORT...PREVIEW, then use a screen-capture utility to capture a snapshot of the report preview window.
Resolution is likely to be a big issue; .BMPs with reasonable quality are going to be quite large. Finding a converter that allows specification of resolution might be a problem. You might be able to find a PostScript emulator that could dump a pre-processed print job out to a file (as ultimately most printer engines print bitmaps) but I'm not sure how or if that output could be converted to a Windows .BMP.
If you want a portable format you might look into the Adobe Acrobat .PDF format.
