Try to select desired table before hit those keys. GO BOTTOM and BO TOP are scoped to curent work area, and you don't have any table open in curent work area.

In the other hand, suggestion from Jim Booth is absolutely corect. ON KEY LABEL is obsolete (in my opinion).
