In this case, I think that to delete the code from VCX, as Vladimir suggested, is the only solution:

use MyVCX.vcx
replace all Methods with ""
use

This will delete all the code from vcx, but will keep the compiled code. Be careful to have a copy of the vcx file before doing this.
