Okay, thanks. That sounds familiar. I was running the VB a few years ago on a 386 and creating the fax image took a while and the idea was to send the fax to over a thousand numbers...for this reason, WinFax was not the (best) solution.

Take care.
Joe

>My experience with the same medium is that you can send multiple phone numbers for one document but WinFax does generate a separate image for every transmission, in part because a unique cover page is generated for each phone number.

>>A few years ago I did some stuff with Winfax Pro and Visual Basic using DDE. I am not sure, but I seem to recall having some difficulty when broadcasting. I don't think I could send multiple phone numbers with a document, and when I sent them separately, Winfax had to convert the document to its format for every number that I sent (ie. I faxed the same document a number of times to different numbers, one at a time). Does Winfax Pro handle broadcasting any other way at this point?
