>VFP 6 SP3. Using Tools-Options I set the default Form to c:\...\_base.vcx. When I create a new Form it uses the default Foxpro Form (FORM baseclass). It does this no matter how I create a form. Any ideas?

Did you not only select the _BASE.VCX, but the form class in it?
