The FFC Registry class defaults to HKCR if you don't pass in a hive. Your code doesn't so you're already there. But your code pulls in every single file class and progid in the whole system, and then searches the array for your target ProgID. There is no need for this when you can just search for your ProgID directly.

Instead of an empty string, pass in "MSProject.Application"
