Hi Kevin,
I just sent you the sample project which has the sample database and a form with Order/Order Items grids. Order Items grid is based on the parameterized view. Categories column contains the combobox which feeds from SQL Select on category table. Note, that combo shows the category name, but stores the category ID in the bound view field.
