Hello Randell

At various times in the past I have used a combination of the following to do this.

Have your code look in your application registry or system.dbf or look for a particular text file somewhere. It does this as they move from place to place within your program.

If you have set it for them to come out then it shows them a message and quits the system.

The problem with this method is that if they have your system open but in the background then it does not get shutdown.

To handle this you have to put Timers in all your Forms to check for your 'get out now' setting.

It would be great if this was built into VFP I will go put it on the wish list.
