sorry about that. I was sure I had done that in the past.Maybye it was in DOS.

Anyway another suggestion is create a cursor with 80 C records and write out records corresponding to your report detail lines (you'll have to accept the limitations on how this looks but it will allow you to write out page footers saying something like 'continued'). Then your detail band will be one line and the report will take care of pages feeds etc.
