Default font can be set in the command window or in a program.

MODIFY WINDOW SCREEN FONT "",

This will affect the screen only. To change the font on a particular window (form), when modifying the screen, select Screen/Layout from the menu, then click on Font... However, this font won't be used for all objects on the screen. The easiest thing to do is to place all the objects on the screen (form) and then press Ctrl+A to select all objects, then pick the font you want.
