I don't think it's a problem of the service packs, but yes, there
are meanwhile VS SP3 and SP4 available. SP3 I'd consider a must.
There are a lot of C5 errors elimited, a new runtime for multi
threading COM servers added etc.

The SP4 is even bigger AFAIK there isn't much improvement for normal
VFP but though it holds all changes of SP3 to you can as well get that
one at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/sp/vs6sp4/default.asp

But your moved event puzzles me. :) Is it possible, that the functions
you have in it make Windows choking? I'll try that out by running the
code with the functions working. BTW you haven't had some other code in
the forms base class?
