"Shut up and reboot"? My... what an enlightened remark. I'm sure that will go a long way toward recruiting new paying members.

There are several users, myself included, who have not been able to download files from this site for the past two days. I can't speak for the others but I certainly don't appreciate the attitude and the brush off when, at least from the user's side, we seem to have encountered a legitimate problem. So far "Shut up and reboot" hasn't worked for me.
