I have VS, not just VFP, so I don't know for sure if you already have it. If not, I'm sure you can download from MS. The file itself is called Richtx32.ocx.

If you go to your Options...Tools menu, and select the Controls page, then click on ActiveX Controls, the list should show a bunch of ActiveX controls. They're listed alphabetically. Scroll down to Microsoft Rich Text Control and check the box if it isn't already checked. Click Set As Default and OK.

Getting it onto the report is another matter. I've only used ActiveX controls on forms, and there it's pretty easy. I'll do a little research and report back, unless someone else jumps in first with the answer.
