I finally got it !! It's that simply stupid, my forehead will
still hurt a while :)
It has absolutely nothing to do with VFP. It's a windows setting.
In the display settings on the tab "Plus!" you can decide if the
window is shown or not while dragged. If you set this to "Yes" the
moved event will react as you described. If it's set to "No", like
mine, it will react as I described it. That's all.
Your setting is the standard I think. I remember dark, I had to
change that once about two or three years ago just after installing
NT4 due to a problem with my Matrox video card driver. I just forgot
about it.
BTW where did you get this API? functions from? I couldn't find
the _GetWRect only the GetWindowRect and are you sure about your
Integer parameters there? Normaly this type of functions return
a RECT struct.
