Francisko,
Is the grid form only called from the other form (I'll call it Form A)? If so, can you make the grid form modal? If you do, and if you set the grid form datasession to DEFAULT it will open with the same datasession as Form A. This is a very useful attribute when you're doing a lookup or data-entry popup form.
