>>>"Shut up and reboot"? My... what an enlightened remark. I'm sure that will go a long way toward recruiting new paying members.
>>>
>>>There are several users, myself included, who have not been able to download files from this site for the past two days. I can't speak for the others but I certainly don't appreciate the attitude and the brush off when, at least from the user's side, we seem to have encountered a legitimate problem. So far "Shut up and reboot" hasn't worked for me.

>>Well, even if we ignore it's definite humorous nature, then
>>"What an event! They have removed access to the Files!!!" and "This is utter bull" are not enlightening either. :)
>>
>>I am afraid that next week I will start getting e-mails on password@levelextreme.com
>>"What??? How dare you to deny my UT access???" instead of "Please remind me my login and password"... :)
>>
>>BTW, a couple of weeks ago I suddenly lost my FTP access to UT file server for 2 days and could not upload and approve new UT file submissions, however file download through UT Files section interface was still working. It turned out that there was a problem on major AT&T backbone, and had nothing to do with UT FTP server or my PC settings.

>I appreciate a good Dilbert as much as anyone, but I think you missed my point (and/or I overstated my point). I agree the style of presentation would probably not have been my first choice. However, from the content of the thread I see others have had problems with downloads over the last couple of days. My objection is, rather than getting some specifics to see if perhaps there is something to the claims, you chose to address the situation by dismissing it as someone else's problem and punctuating it with a joke. And I still can't download 63.Required fields validation from the Classes-VCX file.

I just sent you the file by e-mail. I downloaded it using BUTM account with no problems.
We always check before dismissing the reported problem. So far there is nothing to fix.
