So that means there's not a whole lot of new-track MCSDs yet?

MCP magazine says there's around 28K worldwide, which accounts for only ~3% of certified folks.

If the first 1000 is any indication, that suggests there's ~.01% new track MCSDs of all participants of the MCP program.
