How did you recompile the form? Try this:

Open the form in the form designer.
Check the menu Form->Include file and make sure it points to correct .h file.
Open a method or event that uses one of the constants (one of the ones that are not working).
Make a small change to the code, could be anything, delete or add a charater in a commented line, and close the code window (this recompiles the code for that method).
Close the form, saving the changes.
Run the form.

Does it work? If not, try #including the .h file directly in the method or event that isn't working and try again.

If that doesn't work, please post the code that isn't working. Add a detailed description of what happened. What error did you get.
