>My original point deals with the issue of this... how do you KNOW that someone is being mindless. At that point you are judgeing motives and that is something (as I noted that Mr. Rauh correctly mentioned) you just can not do.

I was not asking anyone to judge someone else's decision on whether their decision to forward a reply was mindless. I stated the each member should make their own concious decision.

>Perhaps, but with the oyster it takes the irritant and turns it into soemthing wonderful. At the UT it is turned into twitting and garbage collection.

While you may consider the twit feature a detrimental feature of the UT, others consider it an advanced feature. Depends on your POV.

>>Your skin was too thin on this one especially with your feelings of being an outsider here.

>Perhaps, but perhaps I have knowledge of things you do not!

My comment was based entirely within the context of this thread only.

>>AFAIC, there are no outsiders here. Lurkers maybe, but no outsiders. :)

>You certianly have the right to that opinion but it comes from someone that is inside and I really do not want this to come across as offensive to you Mark but I think that you have your head in the sand as it pertains to this statement. Again, please... I am not wanting to be offensive to you.

First, please see smiley face at the end of that comment. I also began the statment with As Far As I Care [or am Concerned]. I take this to mean with me personally and was speaking for no one else.

Secoond, no offence taken, but if you have complaints, feel free to correspond with anyone found under the CONTACT US link. Regardless, I do not see any history of any attacks on you since you have been a member [June 2000]. Since a flare-up of problems 2 or 3 months ago, the community here has been quite well behaved.
