Sorry for taking so long to answer. I took a month-long vacation in Australia and my Client had major WAN problems (hardware) in my absence. I spent the last 10 days collecting the hidden data from my customer hard drives and sending it to the backend (and my brother thought I was crazy to save the data both locally and remotely, hah!). My Client Manager thinks I am a hero but unfortunately its too late to change my annual salary review...

Back to business:
idsMail supports MAPI (including Novell GroupWise). The documentation is quite good and it includes a lot of examples. My client will be installing GroupWise in September and it means that some of our process will have to modified to use GroupWise instead of email (I always thought it was strange that all communications were done by email or, God forbid, SYSM). I am quite confident that the transition will be smooth because I have done a lot of work with idsMail without finding any bug in the product.
