Nope it's part of the MS Common Controls, and should be included with your copy of VFP. There are two different files, one that shipped with VFP5, and a different one that shipped with VFP6, and there's a fix to use the same version in both 5 and 6 available at msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro
