Actually, post a FAQ entry on it, so that the next person who runs into the problem can stand a chance of looking up the problem and finding a solution to it. It's no more difficult to put up a FAQ entry than it is to post a message, and in the long run it builds the common knowledge base - so you won't have to watch for it and post and repost the problem and fix over and over; you can be a curmudgeon like me and say "It's right there in the FAQ!"
